How does it work? With a Blue Fire self guided training plan, I write a personalized plan to guide you toward your race goal. I am available for questions and support along the way. This is different from my one on one coaching, as I am not checking in on you each week. It's up to you to do the work and let me know where you have questions.
Purchase/Plan Set up: Plans are available for purchase on the right. Once I receive notice that your purchase has been made, you will receive a phone call or email within 48 hours so we can set up a phone interview. For the interview please have your recent training informaiton available. How much time have you spent training in the past month. What have been your recent races and times? (It's totally fine if this is your first race!) What are your goals for this race?
What's included: Your plan will be available in Training Peaks within a week of our interview. Also included are emails and 2x/month phone consultation. ** Extra consultations are available for $20.00/30 minutes.
Injuries/postponing to a different race: If you are injured or for some reason cannot complete the race, you can purchase a "reset" for $25.00. Depending on where you are in your plan, I can readjust the plan to another race in the season.
